Our one-to-one personal training programs are designed for individuals who are serious about building lean muscle massand transforming their physique.
Using high-intensity training principles and the most effective biomechanical exercises, Dr. Nash Jocic crafts personalized sessions that stimulate a rapid anabolic response, triggering real muscle growth and fat loss.

Each program includes:

- 10-Session Block: Strating from £1,000
- 20-Session Block: Starting from £1,800
We recommend a minimum of 3 sessions per week for best results.

Please note: These rates apply to our certified trainers. Training directly with Dr. Nash Jocic is available at a premium rate due to limited availability and high demand.
